Order on business days before 16:00 and we’ll ship your order the same day via PostNL. Prefer pickup? You’re welcome at our location in Apeldoorn.

Sneakers & large items: Always shipped with track & trace.
Accessories & small items: Choose low-cost shipping without tracking or go for peace of mind with track & trace.

Netherlands: 1 – 2 business days
International: 2 – 10 business days

Please note: Envelopes without tracking can take 5-10 business days extra and cannot be traced. This is at your own risk. Shipments outside the EU may be held by customs. We have no influence over this. Still no delivery after four weeks? Get in touch and we’ll help you out.

Shipping costs

Netherlands & Belgium: Free from €50.
International: from €3.00 (letterbox) and €9 for packages. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your location and the weight of your order. Ordering from outside the EU? Customs charges may apply. These are your responsibility.

Secure shipping with PostNL and DHL

We collaborate with PostNL and DHL to deliver your order quickly and securely. Once your package is processed, you’ll automatically receive your track & trace via email. Shipments without tracking are sent as stamped envelopes through your mailbox.
