You will receive a message as soon as your order is ready for pickup at our shop: Watermanstraat 66, Apeldoorn. Pickup is possible on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00.

Did you make an address mistake in your order? Then please contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, we can no longer change the shipping address after the order is placed, as processing starts immediately.

As soon as you place an order, it is immediately processed and prepared for shipping through an automated system. Therefore, cancellation is no longer possible.

You will automatically receive an invoice by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery via PostNL

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Order before 4:00 PM, and we’ll ship your order the same day on business days.

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • International: 3–10 business days

Envelopes are not always delivered within 24 hours by PostNL. We cannot track shipments without a tracking code. Delivery services follow a last in, first out principle, which may result in longer delivery times than expected. Ordering from outside the EU? Customs may temporarily hold your package. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of your order. Within the Netherlands, we ship from €2.50, and internationally from €3. This way, our product prices remain as competitive as possible.

Packages with a tracking code can be tracked via the websites of PostNL or DHL. If you choose an envelope without a tracking code for accessories, your order will be sent with postage stamps. Want peace of mind? Then always choose a tracking code.

You will receive your tracking code automatically by email once the delivery service has processed your package. Did you choose a shipment without a tracking code? Then we won’t be able to track your order either.

Most envelope shipments are delivered by PostNL within one to two business days, but in some cases, it may take longer. Since PostNL uses the first in, first out principle, later shipments may sometimes arrive before earlier ones.

Did you choose an envelope without a tracking code? In that case, we’re unable to track the shipment and can only take further action after 2 weeks (NL) or 4 weeks (international). We do everything we can to ensure your order truly arrives.

PostNL delivery personnel for letterbox packages do not carry scanners, which means the tracking status is updated based on estimates. This means a package may be marked as ‘delivered’ while it is still on its way. Your shipment will likely arrive later today or tomorrow. If not, please check the address in your order and see if it was delivered to your neighbors.

Are you ordering from the Netherlands or within the EU? Then you pay no customs fees. For orders from countries outside the EU, additional charges may be applied by customs. Please check your country’s import regulations.

Yes, Outsole has a store in Apeldoorn, but it operates differently than a traditional sneaker store. Instead of displaying sneakers on shelves, we keep our inventory in boxes in the warehouse. This allows us to offer a wide selection and keep the sneakers in perfect condition.

You can visit without an appointment to view and purchase sneakers. For exclusive or more expensive sneakers, we recommend making an appointment in advance, as these models are stored externally.

At Outsole, you’ll find both new and pre-owned sneakers. The condition of each pair is clearly stated on the product page, so you know exactly what you’re buying.

Yes, most sneakers can be worn as usual. However, keep in mind that we also sell older and collectible models, where material aging may occur. This is especially common in sneakers that have remained unused for years: vintage pairs are only partially wearable. You can find more details on the product page.

Want to wear a pair but unsure about its condition? Feel free to contact us — we’re happy to take a look and offer advice. We always guarantee authenticity, but we cannot offer a guarantee on wearability.

Is your shoe size not listed? We regularly update our collection with new sneakers and sizes. Keep an eye on our website or contact us if you’re looking for a specific pair. That way, you’ll always be up to date when your size becomes available again.

All sneakers are carefully packaged, inspected, and shipped double boxed. This way, we also protect the box and accessories. Vintage sneakers or older collectibles may not always come with the original packaging, but they are always well protected.

Accessories at Outsole are always carefully and sustainably packaged. We minimize unnecessary packaging to keep shipping costs low and reduce environmental impact. If you’d like lace bags or other packaging, you can request this during checkout. Your order will always arrive safely.

Yes, all laces come as a complete set of 2 pieces, enough for one pair of sneakers. This way, you always have exactly what you need to personalize your sneakers right away.

We’re always looking for unique Air Max 1 sneakers at a sharp price. But not everything fits our collection. Sneakers that are less than two years old or show visible signs of wear are usually not accepted.

You can easily offer your Air Max 1s via the WhatsApp button. We receive over 100 offers daily, so without photos and a price, we can’t make an assessment. No negotiations – you’ll get a clear answer right away.

We do not perform legit checks. All sneakers we offer are guaranteed authentic. We only carry out authentication at the request of legal authorities, for example to support legal proceedings.

We do not perform price checks. However, we can appraise sneakers on behalf of institutions such as insurance companies and the Tax Authorities. This only applies to official appraisals, not private price estimates.

No, we do not restore sneakers. However, we collaborate with Sneakerfresh, a specialist in restoration. Their services are definitely recommended.

No, we do not customize sneakers. We focus on authentic and exclusive releases, without modifications. Looking for a unique pair? We always offer a wide selection of limited editions and special releases.

Absolutely. On the laces page, you can select this option if it’s available. We can customize eyelets in any solid color. Thanks to at least three layers of coating, they retain their quality, though this does extend the drying process by a few hours.

Doubt about the right laces? We’re happy to help you choose the perfect match. Based on photos, we determine the best option — and with over 10 years of experience, we make that choice a lot easier.

Absolutely. You can find us every year at Sneakerness Amsterdam and Rotterdam. With the largest booth at the event, you’re in the right place with us. We also regularly attend Crepe City Amsterdam.

Returns and exchanges

Not all items can be returned. Sneakers, collectible sneakers, laces with custom tips, and uniquely numbered clothing are excluded from returns. This is stated in advance on the product page. If your order is not satisfactory in an exceptional case, we are happy to look for a suitable solution. Please contact us, and we will assist you further.

Do you want to return laces, keychains, merchandise, or care products? This can be done within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in the original packaging.

Everything about returning products can be found on our returns page. Want to send a product back? Email info@outsoledev.wpprovider.nl with the product in question, your order number, and reason for return. You will receive instructions and the return address within one business day. Please send the product back well-packaged within 14 days and keep your shipping receipt with tracking code. Once your return arrives, we will process it within two business days. Your refund will be issued no later than 14 days. Please note: Sneakers that are stated as non-returnable in advance are excluded.

Want to exchange a product? No problem! Email info@outsoledev.wpprovider.nl and include the product you want to exchange, your order number, and which product (size, color, or version) you want in return. You will receive instructions and the return address within one business day. Please send the product back well-packaged within 14 days and keep the shipping receipt with tracking code. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new product to you free of charge within two business days. Please note: Products that are stated as non-exchangeable in advance are excluded.

After receiving and inspecting your return shipment, the amount will be refunded no later than 14 days to the account used for payment. You will receive a confirmation of this by email.

Warranty

All sneakers we sell are 100% authentic. We carefully inspect every pair before adding it to our collection and guarantee its authenticity.

Since we source sneakers from individuals and often sell older, collectible models, we do not offer a warranty on condition or wearability. Materials can age over time, even in unworn sneakers. This can lead to issues such as hardened soles, separating midsoles, or discoloration. Factory warranties are usually expired as well.

Authenticity is always guaranteed, but condition and wearability are not covered by warranty. Unsure if a sneaker is suitable for wear? Contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes, we offer a warranty on accessories such as laces, keychains, and care products. We assume this is rare, but if you feel something breaks sooner than it should, we will provide a suitable solution. If you receive an accessory with a defect, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt, and we will assist you immediately.
