Returns? No problem, but please check first!

Not all items can be returned. Collectible sneakers, laces with custom tips and uniquely numbered clothing are excluded. These exceptions are always stated on the product pages. Use the return form below to register the return of laces, keychains, merchandise or care products. These items must be returned unused, within 14 days of receipt, and in their original packaging.

Our return process:

1. Register your return
   Fill in the return form below to register your return.

2. Wait for confirmation
   We will let you know if your items can indeed be returned. Sneakers cannot be returned. You will receive the return address and further instructions from us.

3. Print the form
   You will receive the registration form in the e-mail of our confirmation. Print the e-mail and include it with your return shipment. This ensures we can process your return correctly.

4. Pack and ship
   Send the items well packaged within 14 days. Make sure to ship securely and preferably use a tracking code. Shipping costs and the risk of the return shipment are your own responsibility.

5. Quick processing
   Once we have received your return in good condition, we usually process it within two business days. Refunds will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method. Want to exchange accessories? We will ship them immediately after receiving your return. You will always receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Good to know: if your return does not meet the conditions or the process above, we cannot process the shipment. No exceptions can be made.
