Thanks for shopping at Outsole. Our service to you as a sneakerhead is our top priority. To make sure your expectations match what we offer, we ask you to read these terms carefully. These terms apply to all transactions made through or in connection with Outsole. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. Don’t agree? Then please don’t use our services.
1. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Check back regularly if you use Outsole, so you’re always aware of the latest version.
2. Orders
By placing an order, you commit to a payment obligation. We reserve the right to refuse orders, especially in case of suspected fraud or abuse. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. So make sure to double-check your order before confirming.
3. Availability
All products in our webshop are in stock and shipped from Apeldoorn. Want to visit us instead? You’re welcome at our store! For high-value sneakers stored off-site, please contact us in advance.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Belfius, KBC/CBC, gift cards. You can also pay at our store. All website prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs. Any customs charges for orders outside the EU are your responsibility. Sneakers fall under the margin scheme.
5. Shipping
We ship your order once your payment has been received. Check your address carefully — mistakes are your responsibility. Want to track your order? Choose a shipping method with tracking. Shipments without tracking cannot be followed, not even by us. So the risk of non-tracked shipments is yours. We pack your order efficiently and with minimal waste, while still ensuring safe delivery.
6. Delivery
Within the Netherlands, your order is usually delivered the next business day if placed before 4:00 PM via PostNL or DHL. For mailbox-sized shipments, delivery might be delayed. For international orders, delivery takes approximately 3–10 business days. Still nothing after 20 business days? Get in touch. Note: if your package is refused or not collected at a pickup point, processing costs of €9.75 and shipping fees will be deducted.
7. Warranty
You can expect our products to meet reasonable standards of quality and performance. We guarantee that our sneakers are authentic, but we do not provide a warranty on quality. Since we buy from individuals and many sneakers were released years ago, factory warranties have expired. Most sneakers are wearable, but vintage pairs may not be suitable for wear. We sell sneakers as collector’s items, so wearing them is at your own risk. To give you a clear idea of their condition, we describe it on each product page and include detailed photos. 8. Returns
Most items can be returned within 14 days. Some items are non-returnable and excluded from the right of withdrawal. This includes collectible sneakers (unique and perishable), consignment-sold collector’s items, and custom laces. These exceptions are mentioned on the product page. Once we receive your return in unused condition and original packaging, we’ll refund your purchase within 10 business days. Return shipping costs and risks are your responsibility.
9. Customer Support
We do our best to prevent confusion or complaints. Still got a question or concern? Contact us at info@outsoledev.wpprovider.nl. We’ll respond within 5 business days. If we can’t resolve the issue together, you can contact the European ODR platform.
10. Privacy
We handle your data confidentially and use it only to process your order or for our newsletter. Data is never shared with third parties unless legally required.
11. Liability
Outsole is not liable for indirect damages, errors, or inaccuracies on the website. Our liability is always limited to the amount you paid for the product.
