Adidas uses fraction sizes like 36 2/3 and 43 1/3 — real in-between sizes that fit more precisely than the half sizes of other brands or models like the Air Max 1. Adidas sizing: men vs women

Difference between Adidas men’s and women’s sizes
With Adidas, women’s sizes average 1.5 US sizes larger than men’s at the same EU size. The fraction notations in the EU column provide a more precise fit than brands that only use whole or half sizes.
