It’s rare to see both a MEN and WMNS version of the same sneaker. They look the same, but sizing is different. For Nike, WMNS sizes run 0.5 cm longer than MEN. Also, the heel can be slightly narrower in WMNS pairs.

How do you spot a WMNS vs MEN sneaker?

You can’t tell from the outside. Inside, you can. Check the label inside the tongue or lining. WMNS sizes are 1.5 US sizes higher than MEN. For example: WMNS US 10 = MEN US 8.5.
